ADMINISTRATIVE STRUCTURE OF CGMI-GMA
The Academy will be governed by the advisory board of the CGMI Global Missions Resource Center (GMRC). The board will oversee the Academy’s policies, programs, and activities.
However, whenever the need arises, the board will outsource the input and expertise of external professionals. The GMRC Executive Director presently serves as the coordinator. She will be supported by a team of administrators and faculty members who will provide students with academic, administrative, and pastoral support.

ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATIVE STRUCTURE
The academic and administrative structure of the GMA will consist of the following:
1.The Coordinator: will oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the Missions Academy.
2.Registrar: The registrar will maintain the academic records of the students, including grades, transcripts, and graduation requirements.
3.Department Heads: will oversee the different academic departments, including biblical studies, theology, practical ministry, and fieldwork.
4.Faculty: The faculty will consist of experienced missionaries, pastors, and theologians (drawn from within CGMI and other partner mission agencies) who will provide the necessary instruction and guidance to the students.
5.Admissions Office: The admissions office will be responsible for recruiting new students and reviewing applications for admission.
